The Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise "Center for Medical Rehabilitation and Palliative Care for Children" of Zhytomyr Regional Council is committed to ensuring accessibility of vitrylazhyttia.com.ua in accordance with DSTU EN 301 549:2022 and CMU Resolution No. 757 dated 21.07.2023.

SC 1.4.1Use of Color — information is not conveyed by color alone.
SC 1.4.3Contrast (Minimum) — Slate palette provides a ratio ≥ 4.5:1 for body text.
SC 1.4.4Resize Text — accessibility panel allows font size up to 130% without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

No accessibility limitations currently identified. All content and features fully meet the standard.

Built-in Accessibility Panel

An accessibility settings panel (👁 button on the right side of every page) is available site-wide:

  • Text size increase (115% and 130%)
  • Switch to readable Arial font (for dyslexia support)
  • Monochrome (black & white) mode
  • High contrast mode
  • Color inversion
  • Disable all animations and transitions

Settings are saved in localStorage and restored on the next visit. Animations are also automatically disabled on low-performance devices or when the system "Reduce Motion" setting is active.
